Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a Junior Regional Manager to join our growing team. This role does not require any experience in financial sales or manufactured housing. We will coach, train and develop you on the skills needed to be successful in a sales and customer management position. You will support multiple Regional Managers and assist in communicating with dealers, retailers, and manufacturers, who refer customers to Triad seeking to secure loans for the purchase of a manufactured home.

This position is located in Jacksonville, FL at the Triad Headquarters. This is a full time position with a salary commision compensation program that could have an annual range of 50 to 100K, based on goal achievement, company metrics and overall sales success. Duties Of The Position

  • Assist in handling calls from assigned territory
  • Assist in any working of deals in Encompass from Document preparation onward
  • Assist in working deals, communicating with our internal staff and the RM's in the field to achieve budget targets each month
  • Assist in marketing efforts to dealers and brokers
  • Assist assigned RM's build dealer and marketing lists
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to improve service quality
  • You will be taught to prepare and present reports to RM’s and Senior Management, highlighting performance metrics, achieved targets, and strategic plan progress
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events when assigned
  • Assist in follow-up calls and emails to dealer and brokers as needed
  • Tracking progress of loans getting close to expiration

What We Would Like To See From You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in loan sales, business development, or a related role within the banking or finance industry, preferably with experience in home loans or mortgage lending is highly valued but not required.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a professional or academic setting.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Contacting the appropriate persons and engaging them in a conversation with the purpose of capturing their attention, discovering their needs and introducing the organization and its products and services.
