Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian/Maintenance/Food to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by performing regular sanitation duties.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and stripping as required to ensure high-quality presentation.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep the facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Mowing/trimming/landscaping as needed
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Support custodial staff in commercial cleaning projects as needed, including residential painting when required.
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
Skills
- Experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles is preferred.
- Proficient in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
- Mowing/Trimming/Landscaping work
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
