Triad Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building infrastructure and equipment.
• Maintain and repair interior and exterior building surfaces (painting, patching, landscaping, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status.
• Collaborate with external contractors as needed for specialized repairs or upgrades.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in building systems or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in various conditions (e.g., heights, outdoor environments).
• Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and using hand and power tools regularly.
