Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building infrastructure and equipment.
• Maintain and repair interior and exterior building surfaces (painting, patching, landscaping, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status.
• Collaborate with external contractors as needed for specialized repairs or upgrades.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in building systems or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
