Data Processing Manager
Established in 1987, Triad Metals is a privately held, independent company that has grown to become one of the premier wholesale distributors and processors of structural steel, tubing, pipe, piling and plate products. With six locations in the United States and Canada, Triad Metals is actively hiring for a Data Processing Manager in our Neville Island Office.
We are looking for a professional to oversee the data processing activities within our organization. This person will be responsible for managing the data processes at the warehouse level ensuring organization, implementation, and consistency across the company. This position will lead the processing staff currently in place.
Successful Candidates will be expected to :
- Oversee the day-to-day data processing across the company
- Manage and handle data entry functions
- Monitor the administrative systems for data processing accuracy
- Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures
- Train all newly hired data processors
- Act as a backup for processing to cover vacations, call offs, etc.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills required as this position is expected to communicate with third party vendors and Company personnel
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
