Triad is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to work at a retail facility in Lakewood, CO. Starting hours will be 8am to 5pm, but must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and holidays. Pay rate is $26/hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Routine facility maintenance
Repairing/replacing lighting fixtures, toilets, sinks
Replaces light bulbs, as needed
Delivers messages
Transports small equipment or tools
Identify and report the need for major repairs
Role may require iOS or Android capability on personal cell phone to use quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours

Some experience required
