Position Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social worker Associate – LCSW - A

Position Description: Provide professional counseling to individuals in office and community settings. Must be Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate with experience providing these services in office and/or community setting. Must have flexible schedule, be very professional and have great verbal and written communication skills. Ideal candidate must be in good standing with your licensing board and be able to submit all required documentation on time. Ideal candidate is professional, reliable, client centered, ethical, dependable and trustworthy.

Qualifications and Certifications:

· Must be a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A)

• Must be willing to work in various clinical settings and have a proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments.
• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Serve individuals with a wide variety mental health diagnoses

· Assess nature of client’s situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history

· Develop and execute comprehensive clinical assessments and/or diagnostic assessments and individual treatment plans

· Provide therapeutic services including group and individual therapy utilizing psychoeducation and treatment modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), etc.

· Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress

· Communicate client updates to all relevant parties

· Maintain accurate client documentation

· LCSW-A will maintain supervision under a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provided updated documentation as requested of supervision hours.

· LCSW may provide clinical supervision of LCSW-A if deemed necessary

· Maintain continuing education requirements for license

· Provide crisis intervention for clients during business hours

· Provide 24- hour coverage for behavioral health emergencies

· Maintain all scheduled appointments with clients
