In addition to your architectural expertise, you will be directly involved in the integration of Sensor Acquisition Programs such as NSG Radar Ground, NEOG-G, NEOG-L, and more, into the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA). This includes ensuring that these programs are efficiently planned, designed, developed, and documented in alignment with mission capabilities and enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision: Direct the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise architecture and high-level government requirements.
- Innovate for Impact: Analyze user requirements, workflows, and system capabilities to improve and automate processes, driving technology enhancements across the board.
- Shape the Future: Leverage your expertise to guide the evolution of system architectures by identifying areas for enhancement and integrating new technologies.
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee and coordinate the work of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Systems Architect contractors, ensuring top-tier performance and collaborative success.
- Sensor Acquisition Integration: Assist in integrating Sensor Acquisition Programs into the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture. This involves activities like system engineering, roadmap development, and architecture updates to ensure all systems work cohesively within the larger mission framework.
- Support Strategic Architecture Initiatives: Work alongside the NEE Enterprise Architecture team to ensure consistency across architecture models, tools, and methods, particularly for Proliferated GEOINT Ground (PG-2) and other sensor programs.
Skills & Experience You Bring:
- Expert-Level Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoDAF, and IC PAG frameworks.
- A Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams and shape solution development processes in complex environments.
- Sensor Acquisition Integration Expertise: In-depth understanding of integrating sensor programs with enterprise architecture, including creating digital models, roadmaps, and ensuring the systems' coherence across government, commercial, and foreign partner architectures.
- Strong familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture Certifications, and previous work in the DoD or IC space is highly preferred.
- Experience in NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work is a plus.
- Experience in IC or DoD program/project work will give you a competitive edge.
