TRIAEM is seeking a Data Analytics/Visualization Specialist to play a crucial role in supporting an Integrated Program Office (IPA) through cutting-edge analytics and visualization solutions.
As part of our dynamic team, you will help oversee, manage, and track Agile activities and release trains, integrating with open data stores, sensor requirements, and both internal and external systems. Your expertise in Tableau, Python, and data visualization tools will directly impact decision-making at the highest levels.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Manage and optimize business systems with a focus on data visualization tools like Tableau.
✔️ Develop interactive dashboards and reports to track release train progress at project, program, and NGA levels.
✔️ Provide leadership with compelling graphics and analytics for high-profile briefings.
✔️ Support data engineering tasks, ensuring seamless integration of data across systems.
✔️ Work closely with RTM Teams, offering guidance and strategic insights.
✔️ Maintain and enhance Python scripts to improve visualization functionality.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (math, computer science, or related field) 3 years of relevant experience, OR 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
✅ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
✅ Agile Mindset: Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to track projects and optimize workflows.
✅ Security Clearance: TS/SCI required.
Location & Travel:
📍 Springfield, Chantilly, VA - Work on-site in a high-impact environment.
✈️ Minimal travel (1-4 times per year CONUS) for key meetings.
