Job Overview
We are seeking experienced sales representatives to join our team for a true GROUND LEVEL opportunity. We are currently looking to add representatives in the following areas: Lincoln, Omaha and Kearney.
As this is a GROUND LEVEL opportunity, the earning potential for the right candidates will far outweigh traditional independent contractor positions. Areas we are willing to consider for the right candidates (beyond standard commissions) are: profit sharing, corporate restructuring to W2 status, and transition to a Regional Manager status as the company grows.
Candidates that possess relationships with providers (MDs & NPs) in the following areas will be given SPECIAL consideration:
- Dermatology
- Home Health
- Orthopedics
- Podiatry
- Wound Care
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or medical products, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote our medical products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Execute direct sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide consistent case coverage and serve as the first point of contact for the provider
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on biologics, dermatology, orthopedics, podiatry, or wound care, preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Experience in conducting product demos and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new technologies in the medical field.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
