What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Trialco, Inc.?
Warehouse Supervisor
· Coordinate daily floor activity to include weighing, loading, and unloading trucks, weighing for inventory of all ingots.
· Maintain ingot and scrap warehouse in a clean and orderly fashion. All scrap will be stacked safely in their proper areas while maximizing storage capacity.
· Regulate the red tag area and ensure all scrap in the red tagged area for over 60 days will be disposed of, at the Plant Manager’s discretion.
· Develop and monitor the shipping department’s daily performance and ensure all members provide a pleasant Trialco image to all customers they come into contact with.
· Monitor that supply goods are delivered to their appropriate areas.
· Ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
· Accountable for the accuracy of all paperwork in the department: logs, shipments, BOL, shift report, scrap inspection report and others as required.
· Coordinate warehouse schedules.
· Clean and straighten out ingots.
· Re-band and re-straighten ingots.
· Weigh all incoming and outgoing ingots.
· Spot-checking and verifying weights on incoming loads.

· Must be willing to work in a foundry manufacturing environment, where working conditions can be hot or cold depending on external temperatures.
· Must be willing to follow all safety protocol and wear all required PPE.

- Most of the time is spent in an office setting outside of the production plant or warehouse center. The environment will include, at times, walking onto the plant production floor where there are weather and nonweather-related hot or humid conditions, extreme cold, and working near moving mechanical parts or equipment.
- The work environment's noise level is quiet in the office but can be loud when on the production floor, warehouse, or loading areas.
- Frequently required to sit.
