Position Summary: Under general supervision, performs troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and hardware systems and equipment at the Skilled-Apprentice level. Works autonomously from service vehicle responding to service calls in their radius once dispatched from Sacramento headquarters. Works directly with Production Managers (Dispatchers) and Service team. Empowered to develop relationships with service clients and communicate strategy of repairs and materials sourcing to Production Management team.

Signing Bonus: $500.00 after completion of 90-day probation period.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Inspect electrical, plumbing, carpentry and hardware systems and equipment to locate trouble and determine need for repairs
- Minor repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and hardware systems and equipment
- Graffiti removal
- Select and prepare lists and order materials for the job
- Draw diagrams and sketches to aid in preparation of cost estimates
- Maintain work records
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry and hardware systems and equipment at the skilled apprentice-level without outside assistance
- Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to read, interpret and work from plans, detailed drawings and specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to estimate costs of electrical and mechanical work, coordinate work effort and prepare material lists and order material and equipment for work orders and projects
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
- Ability to comprehend and exercise customer skills required to work in a retail environment
- Ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the duties of the position
- Four years experience in the construction trades
- Ability to respond on call 24/7/52 when not on an approved vacation
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to travel
- Other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor
Reporting To This Position:
- This is a non-supervisory position, but may occasionally be assigned the Lead Technician status on work orders at the level of landscape, graffiti removal, etc.
Essential Personal Tools & Equipment:
The following tools and equipment are essential for completing work orders and may be checked out from Triamid’s tool inventory:
· General hand tools such as hammers, screw drivers, chisels, tape measure, squares, levels, chalk line, pliers, wire cutters, utility knife, pry bars, caulking gun, block plane, sanding block
· Small power tools, circular saw, cordless 3/8” drill driver, corded ½” drill, flashlight
· Safety equipment, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves
· Voltage indicator (sniffer), circuit tester (Knopp or Wiggins type)
· Mobile Device capable of receiving voice and email communications to be provided
Any material purchases to be approved by Account Manager and requested via PO.

Physical Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle tools and controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. The employee must lift and carry in excess of 50 pounds. Specific vision required by the job includes color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Environment:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee’s work environment may be exposed to the existing weather conditions including hot, cold, wet and windy weather. The work environment may include excessive noise and dusts from operating equipment.
