The Role :
The Biology and Translational Sciences group at TRIANA Biomedicines is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Associate to support biology and pharmacology activities as part of TRIANA's molecular glue discovery engine. The qualified candidate will join a growing team of dedicated researchers seeking to deliver on TRIANA's target-first approach to molecular glue discovery.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct experiments to characterize molecular and phenotypic response to molecular glue compounds in tissue culture cells
- Conduct cell-based assays to monitor target / effector proximity, target ubiquitination, and target degradation
- Manage routine tissue culture activities, including cryostorage inventory, QC of cell lines, and generation of lentiviral reagents
- Record and communicate data promptly
- Present data in multiple team settings
