Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Study Coordinator/ Office Assistant to join our team. This is a combined role to equal full time.As a Study Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating clinical studies ( data collection, reporting for patient registries, and clinical trials- not medication trials). You will train with a clinical rep and work closely with a physician. As an Office Assisant you will provid administrative support and ensuring that medical records are processed correctly and all patient documents are scanned in. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, self motivated, be a team player, demonstrate strong work ethic and possess the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant and/ or Clinical studies in a similar role is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
