What are the responsibilities and job description for the Combination Technician - Construction position at Triangle Communications?
- Operate heavy equipment and commercial vehicles, including truck driving, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CDL.
- Perform mechanical duties related to fiber, copper, and conduit systems, including splicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Conduct manual excavation, including digging holes and trenches, as necessary for construction and repair projects.
- Perform all aspects of line construction, installation, diagnostics, repair, provisioning, and maintenance of fiber optic and copper lines, as well as customer premise equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and industry guidelines.
