Position: HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking new Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! Triangle has multiple Technician positions available in both divisions, and we are motivated to hire quickly. These positions are strongly focused on HVAC repairs, and we are accepting applicants with entry-to-senior career level experience in both divisions.
Our Techs perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks to maintain and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and related systems. Customer products include heat pumps, ventilation systems, gas furnaces, oil furnaces, water boilers, burners, and zone systems. Top notch customer service is a priority!

Responsibilities
- Investigate problems and perform repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Always maintain a high quality of service
- Think creatively on ways to enhance service and customer experience
- Maintain truck stock and inventory within Company guidelines
- Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep an organized and clean truck/workspace
- Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and/or repair
- CFC Certification required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess and maintain a valid NC driver's license
- Nate-certified preferred but not required
- Must be highly organized
- Availability to be in an on-call rotation for repair positions
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well on a team and independently
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinking skills
