Role :
The Consumer Loan Processor I will audit and fund indirect loans, and will assist loan officers, if needed.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Perform loan processor duties for indirect financing- review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to funding the loan. Ensures loan officer approval and conditions have been met. Communicates with dealers outstanding items via L360.- Opens new memberships to fund loans. Accurately funds loan in data processing system with no errors.- Ensure loans are audited, funded or fund delays are communicated in a timely manner.
- Assist branches as it relates to indirect loans for members.
- Cross sell other credit union product and services
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills :
Experience(1) One to (2) two years of similar or related experience.
EducationA high school education or GED.
Interpersonal SkillsWork involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
