Sales Manager I
Seeking a motivated, self-starter and team player to grow a successful home repair business top line 10%
Responsibilities
- Evaluate needed repairs, provide written estimates, and secure business using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Quote and assist home owners in their remodeling process
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer within 24 hours, often same day, through company provided leads
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and within the territory assigned
- Lead and coordinate repair efforts with team members to ensure efficient material and labor usage for your projects
- Cover other territories as needed
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills
- at least 5 years experience in the home improvement field
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs (oral)
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Desired Skill:

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
