Bathroom Remodeler & Installation Specialist
Location: Bismarck, ND
Full-Time (1099 contracting opportunity) | Residential Home Bathroom Remodeling

We’re looking for a skilled Bathroom Remodeler & Installation Specialist to manage and execute bathroom renovations from concept to completion. ✅ Key Responsibilities
✅ Planning & Design
- Collaborate with clients on layout, style, and materials
- Assist with planning, design consultations, and product selections
✅ Demolition & Prep
- Safely remove old fixtures, flooring, drywall, and debris
- Prepare spaces for plumbing, electrical, and installation
✅ Plumbing
- Relocate, replace, or upgrade pipes, drains, and fixtures
- Ensure plumbing meets code and performance standards
✅ Electrical
- Install and relocate outlets, lighting, fans, and wiring
- Upgrade panels as needed for expanded load or layout changes
✅ Flooring & Surfaces
- Install tile, vinyl, or other durable flooring materials
- Cement board installation for shower and wet areas
✅ Fixture Installation
- Install toilets, vanities, tubs, showers, faucets, and sinks
✅ Walls & Finishing
- Drywall, paint, trim, and ceiling treatments
- Add niches, shelving, or custom storage solutions
✅ Project Wrap-Up
- Handle final touches like mirrors, towel bars, lighting
- Manage site cleanup and responsible waste disposal
✅ Project Management
- Coordinate with subcontractors (when needed)
- Oversee timelines, materials, and client communication
✅ You Bring
- Experience in full-scale bathroom remodeling
- Solid plumbing and electrical skills (licensed is a plus)
- Knowledge of tiling, carpentry, drywall, and finish work
- Ability to manage small crews and project schedules
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
