Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented professionals for home remodeling projects in around Savannah, GA. This role involves working on all aspects of residential restoration and remodeling, including:

• Structural Repairs: Framing, drywall installation, and finish carpentry.
• Flooring: Installation of various flooring types, such as hardwood, tile, and laminate.
• Painting: Interior and exterior painting, including preparation and finishing work.
• Windows and Doors: Measurement, removal, and installation to ensure secure, energy-efficient solutions.
• Restoration & Remodeling: Repairs and upgrades across kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, often requiring detailed craftsmanship and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prepare areas for installation, repair, or restoration.
• Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Work with diverse materials and tools to deliver high-quality results.
• Follow safety regulations and local building codes.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a professional attitude.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential remodeling or restoration.
• Skilled in tools and materials related to structural repairs, painting, flooring, and general remodeling.
• Must have your own crew - 1 lead and 2 helpers
• Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) for tools and materials.
• Lead certification required before start date.
