As a Cabinet Installation & Punchwork Technician, you will be responsible for the final stages of cabinet installs—ensuring quality, function, and appearance meet our high standards. This role is perfect for a hands-on problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final punchwork on cabinet installations, including adjustments, hardware installation, trim, fillers, and touch-ups
- Correct minor defects and ensure cabinets are level, aligned, and securely installed
- Address customer punch lists and perform final walk-throughs as needed
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or similar field
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for high-end finishes
- Ability to read blueprints and cabinet layout plans
- Proficient with carpentry tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various indoor environments
