Job Responsibilities

• Lead Installation Projects: Oversee the installation of gutter guards, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Collaborate with Your Crew: Coordinate with 2-3 helpers to pick up materials and transport tools to job sites, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards on every project.

Qualifications

• Position: Gutter Installers for the Crew Lead position, along with 2-3 helpers (starting with fewer helpers is acceptable).
• Experience: Previous experience in gutter installation or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and handle hand and power tools effectively.
• Tools: Must possess the recommended tools (listed below) and maintain them in good working condition.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and safely work on ladders or scaffolding.

Work Schedule

• Training: Two hours in the office and the remainder of the day in the field. Training is unpaid; field training is paid.
• Workweek: Enjoy a structured workweek with the option to take on additional weekend projects.

Additional Requirements

• Must be within driving distance of Altoona, PA, or willing to commute.
• Background check required.
