Job Summary:
Triangle Remodeling is seeking a reliable and hardworking Gutter Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining residential and commercial gutters to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean gutters and downspouts of leaves, dirt, and debris.
- Inspect gutter systems for signs of damage, leaks, or misalignment.
- Perform basic gutter repairs such as sealing joints, tightening brackets, or replacing small sections.
- Use ladders and safety equipment according to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding project needs or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and worksite.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in gutter cleaning or exterior maintenance preferred.
- Ability to safely work at heights and use ladders or scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic carpentry or roofing knowledge.
- Experience with power tools and safety equipment.
- Comfortable with customer interaction and service communication.
