What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in window, bathroom and door installation. Installing new or replacement windows and doors or bathroom, ensuring proper fit, seal, and finish. (preferred).
• Measurement and Cutting: Accurately measure openings and cut materials to fit, ensuring precision and a professional finish.
• Tool Usage: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools for installation, including saws, drills, levels, and sealants.
• Job Site Management: Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure proper disposal of materials.
• Transporting Materials: Transport windows, doors, and related materials to job sites.
• Working with different materials: Working with wood, aluminum, UPVC and glass and plumbing materials.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment.
• Willingness to obtain Lead RRP Certification and adhere to EPA standards.
• A commitment to high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a clean, organized work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company well on-site.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing each job to the highest standards.
• Must own large SUV/TRUCK or PICKUP and trailer (Mandatory)
• Willing to have a helper
• Background check needed
