Lead & Helper for Windows and Doors Installation
We are looking for skilled and reliable Lead and Helper positions for a Windows and Doors Installation crew. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing team and make up to $5,000 per week! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TRUCK OR SUV WITH A TRAILER!
Job Details:
- Positions Available: Lead and Helper
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Competitive, paid every Friday (earn up to $5,000 per week)
- Certification: No lead certification required at this time (will notify if this changes)
- Skills Test: Must meet with the client and demonstrate project skills in person
- Tools: Must have your own carpentry tools
- Vehicle: Must have a Truck, SUV, or Van for transporting materials
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and doors with precision and care
- Communicate directly with clients and perform work in front of them to showcase skills
- Manage and maintain carpentry tools and work vehicles
- Ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in carpentry or windows/doors installation
- Ability to demonstrate your skills in front of clients
- Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van)
- Own carpentry tools
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
