Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Gutter Installers for a weekend-only project. This project involves the installation of gutter systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality results while managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Oversee a Crew: Supervise a crew consisting of 1 lead installer (yourself) and 1-2 helpers.
- Gutter Installation: Install gutter systems across the designated project area, ensuring correct alignment, proper attachment, and functionality.
- Team Coordination: Manage materials and tools, ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of the project.
- Surface Preparation: Prepare rooflines and other areas as needed to ensure secure installation.
- Safety and Quality: Follow all safety protocols and use the appropriate tools (ladders, drills, fasteners, etc.) to maintain Triangle Remodeling’s high-quality standards.
- Cleanup: Perform thorough job site cleanup at the end of each shift to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in gutter installation or related exterior remodeling work.
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience leading small teams is preferred.
- Tools & Equipment: Must have your own truck (pickup, SUV, or van) and all necessary tools for gutter installation. (Gutter Machine)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work safely at heights and lift materials as needed.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday- Friday with Weekends as needed
- Start Date: Must be available to start within the next 1-2 days after offer is extended
