Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong background in various remodeling techniques. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and heavy equipment, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. The Remodeler will be responsible for restoring and enhancing residential and commercial properties, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of each project.
Duties
- Assembling and installing various building components like windows, doors, flooring, insulation, plumbing and electrical systems, and HVAC units within a construction project.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing drywall, flooring, and other materials as needed.
- Execute hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Perform concrete forming tasks to create durable surfaces for various applications.
- Carry out masonry work, including bricklaying and stone installation.
- Install stucco finishes on exterior surfaces to enhance durability and appearance.
- Conduct glass installation for windows, doors, and other fixtures with precision.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Experience with hardscape design and implementation.
- Familiarity with concrete forming processes.
- Skills in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.
- Competence in flooring installation across various materials.
- Ability to install stucco finishes effectively.
- Experience with glass installation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
