Responsibilities:
Roof Installation: Install various roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roofing systems, according to project specifications.
Surface Preparation: Prepare roofs for installation by removing old roofing materials, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring proper underlayment.
Material Handling: Safely handle and transport roofing materials to the work site, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
Repair and Maintenance: Perform roof repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks as needed.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to discuss project details, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Roofing Installer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
