Location:

Triangle Restoration Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who has the uncommon blend of excellent technical and administrative skills along with genuine care and concern for patients and one another.
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Occasional Fridays
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Answer phones, address or redirect to the correct team member as appropriate
Patient check in/check out
Schedule appointments to optimize efficiency and patient experience
Verify insurance for new patients and new insurance for existing patients in advance
Check new patient appointments for the coming week, add insurance information to patient record, and verify the insurance benefits
Review treatment plans with patients with the guidance of the doctor and/or dental assistant. Help them to understand sequence of procedures and timing of payments. Assist with application for third-party financing if patient wishes.
File claims and requests for pre-determination of benefit
Answer questions from patients about their insurance or claims
Qualifications:
2 years dental experience preferred
Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients
Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
