Position Overview :
We are urgently seeking five Loan Officers to join our Loan Management Solutions team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for helping small businesses and investors secure commercial loans. This is a remote position, ideal for an experienced loan broker with strong sales skills. The role requires an aggressive sales approach, including high-volume outbound calls to bring in new business.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Contact 50-100 prospective clients daily to identify opportunities and secure loan deals.
Lender Matching : Utilize your network of lenders to find the best loan options, rates, and terms for clients.
Negotiation : Help clients negotiate favorable loan terms and rates with lenders.
Guidance : Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand their options.
Documentation Collection : Gather necessary documentation from clients, including income verification, credit reports, and collateral information.
Marketing & Outreach : Use marketing strategies to build trust, attract new clients, and generate leads.
Skills & Qualifications :
Proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with loan broker experience.
Clear, professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work aggressively to meet sales goals, with a focus on making high-volume outbound calls daily.
Familiarity with commercial loan processes and an established network of lenders is a plus.
Ability to work independently with reliable computer and internet access.
Available Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.
Additional Information
Start Date : New hires start every Monday.
Amount Needed : 5 Loan Officers needed urgently for the Loan Department.
