Experience : 2 years. Experience working in underserved communities or with Native American populations is preferred
Certifications : DEA, BLS, ACLS
Licensure : AZ state medical license Required
Hours : 7 : 30 - 5 : 30, 4 days / week
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions, ensuring that patients receive appropriate treatments and follow-up care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies, and develop treatment plans based on results.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication therapy for patients, ensuring adherence and monitoring for side effects.
- Offer patient education regarding health conditions, lifestyle changes, and preventive measures.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including specialists, for a comprehensive approach to patient treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and health educators, to provide integrated care.
