- Coverage dates needed:
- September 23 - Oct. 4th, M-F 8am - 5pm
- November 4th - 22nd, M-F 8am - 5pm
- December entire month with critical dates of 16th - January 3rd, M-F 8am - 5pm
- Clinic locations: Ancillary services are available. (PT, Audiology, Optometry, Pharmacy). Rotating outpatient providers may (only if needed) be requested to visit one or two village clinic visits for 3-5 days at a time.
- Credentialing timeframe: 30 - 45 days
- Support staff: Nursing staff and additional physicians.
- Housing onsite: Provided by facility.
- Food Provided onsite for providers at no cost
