We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rosebud Service Unit - MSA - Emergency Medicine, who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. This individual must be able to act with both efficiency and care, ensuring the well-being of our people. The MSA - Emergency Medicine will take on a primary role in caring for patients, fostering a relationship built on trust, and collaborating with others in the healthcare team. Together, staff will provide care that honors our traditions, meets the needs of the community, and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive respectful experience for both patients and their families.

Requirements:
Specialty: MSA - Emergency Medicine
Certifications: AHA BLS
Experience: High school diploma

Job Duties:
Fulfills clerical responsibilities as assigned which may include sending/receiving patient medical records; obtaining lab/x-ray reports, hospital notes, referral information, etc.; completing forms/requisitions as needed; scheduling appointments; verifying insurance coverage and patient demographics; managing and charts to ensure information completed and filed appropriately.
Fulfills organizational responsibilities as assigned which may include respecting/promoting patient rights; responding appropriately to emergency codes; sharing problems relating to patients and/or staff with immediate supervisors quickly
Maintains competency through orientation, annual and ongoing education.
Follows Tribal Health and client specific policy and procedures.
All other duties as assigned and specified by site.
