What are the responsibilities and job description for the Native Women's Health Care OB/GYN position at Tribal Health?
Summary
- Specialty : OB / GYN
- Licensure : ALL Contracted Providers are required to be licensed in the State of South Dakota.
- Certifications : current BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required
- Schedule : 1 Clinic Day - Friday; 2 x 24 hour On Call Shifts (Flexible Days); Clinic schedule will vary depending on patients each day we are expanding our cares daily, but the provider can give what they would like for patient load, and we can meet that for them
- Ages Seen : Adolescent to adult
- Experience : MD OB / GYN; Must do Deliveries - All deliveries would be at Monument, and they would deliver mostly Native Women's babies. On Call is for NWHC patients and when on city call, Provider will work with Monument on attending to NWHC patients and anything that would come into Monument.
- COVID Vaccine Required Yes
- Dates Needed : ASAP
- 6 month commitment
- Credentialing timeframe : 60 days
- Support Staff : The provider would also over see CNMs who would like to deliver for NWHC as well.
