Job Overview: Public Works Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the Public Works Department. Responsible for coordinating office operations, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing clerical support to the team.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional administrative or office management training is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a public works or government setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
