The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, marketing the business, and recommending services. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors.
- Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris, furniture, or obstacles as necessary.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques based on the surface material and level of dirt or grime.
- Ensure proper maintenance of pressure washing equipment, including routine checks and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all company policies regarding cleanliness and organization.
- Market in the area we are working in through door hangers, yard signs and word of mouth.
- Recommending other service our clients may need.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pressure washing or related fields.
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and methods in pressure washing services.
