Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Trailer Operator/Manager to oversee daily operations in the food and beverage industry.
The ideal candidate will have a love for meeting and dealing with many coffee loving people, food handling, POS systems, and drinks management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Coffee Trailer
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Implement and maintain food safety standards
- Coordinate catering events and oversee drinks production
- Utilize GoDaddy POS system for order processing and inventory management
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage the systems associated with running a food trailer/truck
- Experience in hotel or restaurant management is a plus
