Duties

- Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing effective crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops focused on addiction counseling, mental health awareness, and coping strategies.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage clients in their recovery journey.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, interactions, and any incidents that may arise during sessions.
- Work closely with other professionals in the behavioral health field to coordinate care and resources for clients.
- Stay informed about best practices in social work, crisis intervention, and addiction counseling.
