Clinical Director (LCADC/LCSW)
Seeking master's level, licensed clinician for a small day/night, intensive outpatient in South Jersey
Master Level Education Required. Must have CCS
Either licensed in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work is required.
Must be able to handle having a caseload as well up to 15-20 clients.
1. Actively participates in Interdisciplinary Treatment Plan meetings.
2. Shares pertinent information with team as obtained from client’s family, or others as indicated throughout program.
3. Attends & provides weekly staffing meetings.
4. Evaluates the impact of therapeutic interventions upon the therapeutic milieu for clients & clinical staff.
5. Facilitates group therapy & provides oversight & direction for group facilitators.
6. Performs individual therapy with clients/families.
7. Documents the assessment of client progress/regress and interventions provided in the medical record, on an ongoing basis.
8. Recognizes, responds to and assists in psychiatric crisis situations and provide the intervention necessary.
9. Responds and assists in medical emergency situations as directed and needed.
10. Communicates effectively with client, staff and physician.
11. Adheres to policies and procedures & provides education & an example to clinical staff members
12. Provides supervision for clinical staff members.
13. Works to continuously improve clinical services and programming.
14. Assist Billing Department with ensuring the timely & effective clinical documentation from therapist.
15. Review and sign off on documentation of non-licensed staff members in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
16. Participates on performance improvement committee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
