- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide information about our interior design services, consultations, and project timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, design options, and product availability.
- Resolve service-related concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Assist potential clients with service recommendations based on their needs.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and maintain detailed client profiles.
