The Call Center Supervisor Role :
- Manage a team of high-volume, outbound callers
- Welcome and inspire new hires with virtual training
- Manage a team of Supervisors who are supporting the high-volume outbound call efforts
- Provide continuous coaching on sales techniques, quality, and product knowledge
- Track the growth and sales of each team member and provide feedback
- Come up with daily games, spiffs, and fun activities to keep your team motivated
- Deliver our culture of reward and recognition through Zoom meetings and huddles
- Manage the call center metrics and drive growth
