Tribe Wellness Sales specializes in outbound sales for health and wellness brands. We combine the health and wellness messaging of our strategic partners with our decades of sales expertise to build revenue generating machines for the health and wellness industry's most important brands.
Who We Are :
Our Protocol Review Specialist team is growing, and we are currently training up a carefully selected elite team of highly skilled Sales Performance Coaches . Our Sales Performance Coaches will help us coach our Protocol Review Specialists to achieve fully optimized sales performance metrics.
At Tribe Wellness Sales, Inc., our sales reps are referred to as Protocol Review Specialists , and we teach them how to ethically sell health and wellness products to help our customers live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Our sales consultations are 100% appointment based, and our Protocol Review Specialists enjoy a 50% closing rate on their appointments, with an average order value exceeding $500.
With each appointment, we guide the customer through a carefully crafted health protocol script designed to optimize their results from the product that they have already purchased. Using permission based selling, we then offer additional products that may help the customer based upon what they have shared with us in the conversation.
What You'll Do :
Step 1 : Achieve Success in the Sales Role for 6 weeks
- Attend Scheduled Appointments : You will enjoy a calendar full of scheduled appointments for Protocol Reviews with our customers. This will give you first hand, real world experience with what you will be teaching and coaching.
- Learn : We will teach you how to ethically close sales of health and wellness products to help customers with their specific challenges. We will train you on the script and process that you will be using as a Sales Performance Coach.
- Earn : You will earn a sales commission on every sale that you make, and we will teach you how to make a lot.
- Live : Work from your own home and utilize our tech tools and platforms. Join us at the Austin Office as often or as little as you would like.

What is a Protocol Review Specialist ?
A Protocol Review Specialist is someone who attends a 20 minute Protocol Review Appointment with a customer that has purchased a new health and wellness product.
On the Protocol Review Appointment, we walk a customer step by step through a carefully crafted Health and Wellness Protocol designed to help them optimize their health with the product that they just purchased.
About half of the time these customers could benefit from additional health and wellness products like supplements, programs, coaching, or devices. So, using our well tested and carefully scripted process called permission based selling, we offer the customer additional products to support their goals. This process generates a sale on 40%-50% of the appointments, with an average order value somewhere around 2X what the customer spent online. So reps can sell anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 every day, depending on their skill level and commitment to excellence.
Our Protocol Review Specialists enjoy a calendar full of scheduled sales appointments, a beautifully designed and lightning fast CRM and Phone System, and the fulfilling work of helping people live their healthiest life.
Our Sales Performance Coaches enjoy a calendar full of one on one Sales Performance Coaching sessions to help our Protocol Review Specialists achieve sales excellence. They are true health and wellness sales leaders.
