Sales Operations Manager
Who We Are
At Tribe Wellness Sales, Inc., we’re on a mission to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives through the ethical and compassionate sale of health and wellness products. Our sales reps—known as Protocol Review Specialists —carry out meaningful work every day by connecting customers with the products and support they need in an appointment based sales model.
In addition to our Protocol Review Specialists, we have a specialized Sales Management team responsible for spinning up new clients : staffing them with trained personnel, creating and refining scripts, building technical systems, and ensuring that performance metrics are fully optimized. Once a client is fully built and running smoothly, the Sales Operations Manager will take over daily operations, maintaining high sales volumes and optimized KPIs so our Sales Management leaders can focus on onboarding our next client using our highly tested and proven methodology.
We currently serve several high-performing “Done For You” clients, with many more contracted and in the development queue (entirely from referral business) that will keep our technical integration team onboarding new clients through the end of 2025. Our goal is to reach $5 million per month in sales by the end of June 2025, and we believe making key hires at the right time will keep us stress-free and on target.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will step into the day-to-day sales operations for clients who’ve already been set up for success. Your responsibilities include :
- Calendar Management
Ensure our Protocol Review Specialists have a balanced appointment load and that schedule adjustments flow smoothly.
Monitor daily attendance, appointment show rates, and keep an eye on any red flags.
Keep close tabs on performance metrics for each Protocol Review Specialist, tracking KPIs and identifying trends.
Oversee “Moneyball” (our data and KPI tracking system and methodology) to pull operational levers that drive consistent revenue growth.
Conduct weekly 1 : 1 meetings with each sales rep to review scorecards, provide accountability, and map out long-term career growth at Tribe—without stepping into formal performance coaching (that’s handled by our Sales Management Coaches).
Onboard and offboard staff with the help of our Technical Project Manager. Review payroll, confirm accuracy, and partner with HR on any changes.
Assign leads or appointments in a way that balances fairness and maximizes productivity.
Coordinate with client customer service teams on escalations or requests that affect sales operations.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent processes across the organization.
Meet 1 : 1 with the ASR Team Lead, monitor ASR scorecards, and manage ASR KPIs, stepping in whenever operational issues arise.
Run morning and afternoon sales huddles, track team morale, celebrate wins, and keep the energy high.
You’ll report directly to our CEO and work closely with the Technical Project Manager and Head of Learning & Quality. As our operation grows, you will eventually lead Sales Coordinators who’ll help you manage the increasing administrative tasks. Demonstrated success in this role can pave the way for a promotion to Sales Operations Director , overseeing multiple Sales Operations Managers across different brands.
What’s In It For You
We’re scaling quickly, and you’ll be at the heart of that expansion. Own the daily operations for multiple clients, refine your leadership skills, and potentially move into a director-level role.
Help maintain and improve a high-performing system that empowers our Protocol Review Specialists to bring life-changing products and solutions to customers.
Partner with top-tier sales managers, technical experts, and a passionate team that believes in ethically selling health and wellness.
We operate in a remote environment, with a home base in Austin, TX for in-person check-ins, collaboration, or a change of scenery.
We provide a robust salary, plus opportunities for performance-based profit sharing incentives as you help maintain profitable daily sales volumes.
