Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Lead to join our fast-paced kitchen cabinet assembly team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, as well as working with hand tools and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our assembly team.
Duties
- Assist the Assembly Team Manager with supervising and overseeing the assembly team, making sure that the production goals are met.
- Complete modifications on kitchen cabinets utilizing table saws and routers.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to maintain production flow.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist in building kitchen cabinets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Experience with managing and leading a team
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment on an assembly line.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed throughout the assembly process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
