Responsibilities
CONTENT MARKETING:
- Support Social Media Manager with content planning and creation including ideation, editing, and copy writing for daily social posts, etc.
- Support content calendar management and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Assist in the development and delivery of social toolkits for talent and sponsor partners across Festival verticals
- Support community engagement across platforms; respond to DMs & comments on a regular basis, track and interact with posts
- Proofread copy and assets; factcheck dates and social handles, etc.
- Assist the Marketing Strategist in developing recap reports for organic, paid, and partner content
- Compile and track metrics for Festival related social posts and emails
- Conduct research (competitive, trend, platform, etc.) to contribute to insights and recommendations for growth
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to plan, schedule, and compile results for contracted partnered posts
- Organize and maintain marketing materials including photo galleries, video assets, logo libraries, final creative assets, etc.
- Shadow marketing team in meetings, take notes and contribute to insights
- Miscellaneous administrative or other daily tasks
- Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree; expected graduation date December 2025 or Spring 2026
- Fluency in social media and cultural landscapes
- Strong communication (both written and oral) skills
- Experience in social media copy writing and Canva
- Exposure to and/or experience with social media and newsletter metrics or metrics tools (Sprout Social or HubSpot) is helpful
- Strong organizational skills
- Available to work part-time in office 3 days a week
