Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Support community management and foster audience interaction by responding to comments, engaging with online communities, monitoring mentions, strategic reposts, and more.
- Capture content to support real-time coverage of Festival premieres, screenings, and special events.
- Produce creator-style content with clear call-to-actions — e.g. purchase tickets, participate in this activation, visit this venue, etc.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and align content with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Stay on top of social trends, cultural moments, and emerging platforms to inform content strategy.
- 2 years of experience in social media content creation, production, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube, with a strong grasp of best practices and trends.
- Experience producing and editing short-form video content tailored for social media.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and social copy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Be available 6/3-6/15 to work on-site (outside of normal work hours)
