Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Educator

The Triboro Center is excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to our team as the ADON Educator at our Skilled Nursing Facility. If you have a strong background in nursing leadership and staff education, along with experience in Long-Term Care settings, we want to hear from you!

DUTIES :

• Support the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) with management responsibilities to secure exceptional quality of care.
• Lead engaging staff education programs and serve as the Infection Control Officer.
• Facilitate compliance and ensure effective communication among all nursing staff levels.
• Address and respond to the nursing and medical needs of all residents promptly.
• Coordinate and direct the planning and delivery of nursing services efficiently.
• Ensure staff skills are current and align with nursing standards.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of nursing theory and practice.
• Oversee accurate and timely completion of medical records.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staff members.
• Supervise nursing staff conduct and ensure adherence to facility policies.
• Provide continual support to RNs, aiding in the development and maintenance of their competencies.
• Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to address the ever-changing needs of the facility.
• Participate in assessing the health needs of each resident and monitor incidents to enhance care delivery.

REQUIREMENTS :

Compensation : $105,000 - $120,000
