The Triboro Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing Educator at our esteemed Skilled Nursing Facility. If you are dedicated to nursing leadership and staff education within a Long-Term Care setting, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in management duties while ensuring quality care for residents.
- Develop and lead comprehensive staff education programs as the Infection Control Officer.
- Maintain compliance and foster effective communication among nursing staff at all levels.
- Evaluate and address the nursing and medical needs of all residents.
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality nursing services.
- Ensure nursing staff skills are current and compliant with established standards.
- Stay informed on general nursing theories and best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of medical records.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new nursing personnel.
- Supervise the conduct of nursing staff and uphold facility policies.
- Support RNs in developing and maintaining their competencies.
- Adapt to unpredictable needs with a flexible work schedule.
- Assess the health needs of residents and monitor incidents within the facility.
Requirements :
Compensation : $105,000 - $120,000
