Join our passionate team and cover a diverse and dynamic region, from major cities and military bases to sprawling suburbs and rural landscapes.
What you will do :
- Deliver breaking news and write engaging features on a variety of sports beats
- Cultivate strong sources and build relationships within the Hampton Roads sports community
- Cover a wide range of sports, from professional and college to high school and recreational activities
- Produce diverse content, including quick hits, breaking news, in-depth features, photos, videos, social media posts, and print stories
- Collaborate with fellow reporters, photographers, and editors in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to the growth and engagement of our high school sports site, 757Teamz.com, and other social media platforms
