Responsibilities include:
- Development of contracting strategy and marketing materials
- Conducting financial analyses of contracts and reimbursement dynamics
- Working directly with client C-suites and payers to establish & maintain relationships
- Project management across multiple client accounts
Such activities require the demonstrated capability to:
- Manage multiple workstreams successfully
- Structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
- Communicate with and engage others effectively
- Pursue expertise by pulling from others
- Pay close attention to detail and set a high standard for yourself and your work product
Compensation:
This role will earn a base salary in the range of $55,000 - $65,000 with opportunities for bonus compensation based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible PTO, and 401(k) matching.
