Cogir Senior Living (formerly Cadence Living) is hiring an experienced, friendly, and energetic Maintenance Tech (Handyman and Driver) in our beautiful retirement community Tribute at Black Hill .
Our Maintenance Tech (Handyman) is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the building, and general upkeep of all company maintenance-related issues, according to operating and safety standards. They will also assist with driving the community van or bus for resident outings and appointments.
